Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Return Policy

Sugar Rush certainly wants you to be 100% satisfied with our products!! We ask that you please contact us immediately if you receive your items and are not happy with how they look or feel.  While this shop does not offer refunds on products OR shipping, we will consider exchanging for a more suitable product.   

Any merchandise that have been altered (washed,changed in ANY way, or worn) will not qualify. We honor this for up to fourteen  [14] days after purchase. (14days = beginning from the tracking date your package is delivered to you) The merchandise must be in the same original state as it was sent to you--and after 14days, the sale will be considered final and will no longer qualify for exchange.

Shipping

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 pm will generally ship the same day. In some cases (high volume, weekends, holidays, or after 2 pm ), orders will be shipped the following business day.

Free shipping is available for all orders 50£ or more in the United Kingdom. 

If you want your package insured, be sure to select priority shipping at check out.

Sugar Rush shop will not be held responsible for any missing packages or delivery delays due to Royal Mail. 

Tracking information will be sent to the email address that is provided by customer.

Please be sure to double check that your email address as well as shipping address are entered correctly and completely. Sugar rush  will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information entered by customer.

 

If your priority package gets lost in the mail / not delivered please  go to  ;https://www.royalmail.com  to file a claim. If your first class package gets lost in the mail / not delivered please use the same site to request a lost mail search.

 

*Please be advised that customer's mailing and billing addresses must match before Sugar Rush can process the shipment. NO exceptions.
